I ordered a single item and received an incorrect item. I emailed this to Soniclean but received no communication back except the corrected material was shipped and received rather promptly. This intended item doesn't fit to the Aldi Dentiguard toothbrush its advertised for.

I did order but what you sent wasn’t compatible like it said it was in ad. I’ve sent 3 email attempts to your support, which is only way you give, but no one contacted me. All 3 had pics showing issue. If you can’t complete my order or contact me please refund my purchase.

I like the softness of the bristles, and the vibrations aren't uncomfortable like some other electric brushes I've tried in the past. I also like that it comes with 3 different speed settings.
